Claims administration you can follow
When a covered component fails, take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility. The shop contacts Primp My Run with diagnostic codes and labor estimates. Our adjusters verify coverage against your contract, request supplemental photos when needed, and issue payment authorization directly to the facility. You pay only your chosen per-visit deductible unless the contract specifies otherwise.
We also provide trip interruption benefits on qualifying comprehensive plans when a breakdown strands you far from home, and we maintain a digital document center so you can download ID cards, schedule of coverage, and claim summaries 24/7.
